THE WORLD’S OLDEST QUESTION
New York Governor Eliot Spitzer is in big trouble for letting his little head do the thinking for his big head. But I have to ask this question. Why is prostitution a crime? Why is it illegal to sell something you either give away for free or get for dinner, a movie and some effort? Let’s have a discussion.

It’s wandering hubbies who use prostitutes so naturally wives want it to be illegal. She doesn’t want hubby bringing home diseases. It’s been a short time historically since some of those social diseases could be cured and many are still awaiting a cure. She doesn’t want hubby spending the family’s food and rent money on girls of the night. And she doesn’t want her son’s to think it’s okay for Dad to cheat on Mom, or her future wife.
Yes men will still visit women of ill repute but keeping it taboo limits the number who will do it.
